14-Day Return Policy
At LACOBRA, customer satisfaction is our priority.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
✅ Item must be unworn and unused
✅ Original tags must be attached
✅ Original packaging must be included
✅ Return request submitted within 14 days
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products damaged through misuse
- Personal care products
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and card providers may require additional processing time.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
